Returns & Exchanges Policy

If at any time within 14 days of receiving your items, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your item for any other item; or if you prefer, you may return it later than 14 days with a 20% re-stocking fee. This is mainly because our clothing sells so fast that we will often have completely new inventory within a month period.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects but will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

For exchanges, shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you need to send a prepaid package along with the item, so it may be returned to you.

All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.

Pack and seal your box securely. You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost.

We are not responsible for lost packages.

Returns and Exchanges

To request a return or exchange:

  • Login to your account.
  • Find the product you would like to exchange or return.
  • Copy the name of item or SKU and paste in an email it to us.
  • Please explain the reason of return or exchange.

After following steps above, please send your item(s) back to our Deerfield Office.

Cancellations

Cancelling Order Before Delivery

You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any reason, provided it has not yet been produced. We begin processing orders placed at our online store almost immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please check the status of your order first by visiting the “Order status” link on your account page.

If the status of your order is “Pending” or “On Hold” you may cancel your order by contacting us by phone or email (see our “Contact page“. Our consumer service agents will request a cancellation of your order at our production warehouse. If successful, they will send you an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. In the event cancellation is not possible, the product(s) will be delivered to you and may be returned in accordance with the procedure set out on “Returns and Exchanges” sub-section above.

Cancelling Orders After Delivery – Non-Defective Products

In the event cancellation is not possible due to package already being shipped, the product(s) will be delivered to you and may be returned in accordance with the procedure set out on “Returns and Exchanges” sub-section above.

Returning Orders After Delivery – Defective Products

You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded. For practical information on how to return, see “Returns and Exchanges” sub-section above.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to Customer Service when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account. For practical information on how to return, see “Returns and Exchanges” sub-section above.

Country Specific Terms

If you live in one of the following countries these additional terms apply and override any inconsistent terms in the Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Argentina

Cancellations

This section is modified as follows:

The sub-section above titled “Returning Orders After Delivery – Defective Products” is replaced in its entirety with the following:

“The consumer has the right to revoke this commercial transaction (for acquisition of goods and/or offer of services) within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the good is delivered or the agreement is entered, whichever occurs last, without any liability. This faculty shall not be dispensed or renounced. The consumer shall unequivocally communicate such revocation to the offeror and make the good available. The returning costs shall be on behalf of the offeror. In order to exercise the right to revoke the consumer shall make the good available to the offeror without having used it and maintaining it in the same state it was received, having the offeror to return the received amounts to the consumer.”

Brazil

Cancellations

This section is modified as follows:

The sub-section above titled “Returning Orders After Delivery – Defective Products” is replaced in its entirety with the following:

“You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. This does not affect your statutory rights.”

Returning Orders After Delivery – Right of Retraction

You are also entitled to return products without giving us any reason within seven (7) calendar days as of the delivery of the product, provided that the returned products (i) are accompanied by the original packaging, as well as all booklets and accessories; (ii) are accompanied by the corresponding bill of sale; and (iii) have not been used or damaged by you. We will inspect the returned product to verify if you complied with all such conditions.

You may exercise your right of retraction by contacting us. In the event all the aforementioned conditions are met, the purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded; if not, you may not exercise your right to retract.”

China

Cancellations

This section is modified as follows:

The sub-section above titled “Returning Orders After Delivery” is replaced in its entirety with the following:

“In most cases, you can return your purchase for any or no reason within 7 days of delivery date if the product is in original purchase status and fulfills re-sell conditions (uncut label, unused, and unwashed, not damaged, and not stained), except for the following goods: tailor-made goods; fresh and perishable goods; audio-visual products, computer software and other digital products that are downloaded by the consumers online or whose packages have been unsealed by the consumers; and other goods for which the return thereof is not suitable as determined by their nature and as confirmed by consumers upon purchase.  The purchase price will be refunded within seven days upon receipt of the returned products. The shipping costs for returning the products shall be borne by you. For practical information on how to return, see “Returns and Exchanges” sub-section above.”

Costa Rica

Cancellations

This section is modified as follows:

The sub-section above titled “Returning Orders After Delivery – Defective Products” is replaced in its entirety with the following:

“Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms of Use, you may return products within 8 days after delivery, provided that the product is in perfect condition.  In addition, for defective products, the minimum guarantee term for returns is 30 days.”

Korea

Cancellations

The sub-section above titled “Cancelling Order Before Delivery” is modified by adding the following new section:

“Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms of Use, you have the legal right to cancel an order within 7 days from the day when the goods are received, provided that you will not be entitled to the right to cancel under the following circumstances:

  • goods have been destroyed or damaged due to a cause attributable to you;
  • value of the goods has substantially decreased due to a cause attributable to you;
  • value of the goods has substantially decreased to cause difficulty in resale due to the elapse of time;
  • package of the reproducible goods has been destroyed; or
  • cancellation of orders for goods that are expected to cause significant and unrecoverable loss to Mowaa – such as customized goods produced specifically for you pursuant to your order – and where this fact has been provided to you in advance concerning the subject transaction and your consent has been obtained in writing (including in electronic format).”
