If at any time within 14 days of receiving your items, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your item for any other item; or if you prefer, you may return it later than 14 days with a 20% re-stocking fee. This is mainly because our clothing sells so fast that we will often have completely new inventory within a month period.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects but will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
For exchanges, we will only refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you need to send a prepaid package along with the item, so it may be returned to you.
All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Pack and seal your box securely. You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost.
We are not responsible for lost packages.

To request a return or exchange:

- Find the product you would like to exchange or return.
- Copy the name of item or SKU and paste in an email to us, firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please explain the reason of return or exchange.
After doing all the steps above, please send your item(s) back to our Plantation Office.
